The Trade
Orca magazine picked up “The Trade” a flash fiction piece long listed in two flash fiction contests. It is perhaps my favourite little tale, about what happens to a couple after their two beagles get sucked into a tornado. Really, it’s about learning to love what we’re given. The more I write speculative fiction, the more I like it. Bring the weird!
